We take great pride in being a fear-free, stress-free salon! This means we value your dog's comfort over vanity. De-matting can be a very uncomfortable experience for your pooch, as well as very irritating to the skin. If there is excessive, tight to the skin matting over the body we will not de-matt, and must relieve them of the tight matting by clipping underneath them. 

Please maintain regular brushing and combing to the skin at home to prevent matting.

We understand life happens, and sometimes things get forgotten. However, as a small business we must enforce our no-show policy. 50% of the cost of the groom will be added to your next bill if no notice is given for the missed appointment.

Please provide us with 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations to allow another client to take the time slot.

We are a strictly no flea salon! This is to protect our facility and following clients. We cannot proceed with their groom if fleas are found, if they are found during the bath and flea shampoo has to be used a $25 charge will be added to your bill.

Late Arrival: As a one-on-one salon, our appointments are timely booked per the pet's needs. After 10 minutes past your appointment time, we can no longer accept your pet.

If you are going to be late for pick-up, please let us know in advance, as your pup will need to be moved into a kennel run to wait and not disturb the next client.

Early Arrival: Please do not bring your pet in earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. You are more than welcome to message if you arrive early as sometimes we are running ahead!

We can allow early drop-offs if told in advance, and can wait in a kennel run until their appointment time.
