Boarding

At Freya's Friends we understand that leaving your pooch in someone else's care can be an anxious experience—that's why we prioritize in creating a safe, fun and comfortable environment for your furry friend! We provide spacious and clean accommodations, along with regular exercise, mental stimulation and lots of love!

Fenced Play Area

We have a large outdoor play area for individual or group playtime, games, or simply sunbathing!

Private Kennel Runs

Large kennel runs with in-floor heating and an attached outdoor run, for a space your dog can happily call it’s own to feel secure during their stay.

Small Facility

Six spacious kennels, meaning more one-on-one time, personalized care, and slow introductions to other boarders.

Grooming

Boarders receive daily brushing. Additional grooming services can be booked during their stay, so your pup arrives home fresh!

As a smaller facility, we are a great option for dogs who are more reserved, prefer smaller playgroups, or need more one-on-one time to help ease their anxiety away from home. We introduce dogs to others slowly, and allow everyone to settle in at their own pace.

Is my dog required to be on flea & tick treatment?

All dogs being boarded within the facility must be on flea & tick preventive to stay with us for the safety of others and our facility. No flea collars are permitted.

My dog is on a raw diet, can we bring her meals?

Yes! Our facility has a deep freezer to stock your pups' raw food during their stay.

What do we need to bring?

Although we are have lots to provide your pup, we recommend bringing a blanket, bed, or toy that smells like home for them to have in their run for their comfort as long as they are not prone to eating or destroying them.

Please provide their current bag of food with enough for meals for their stay. If we run out, we can pick-up another bag (added to final bill) to avoid any stomach issues of switching foods.

What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?

Pick-up and Drop-off times are by appointment between the hours of 7am - 7pm.  Please confirm your drop-off and pick-up time at least 12 hours in advance. By having set times, we are able to offer flexible hours.
This also provides us with enough time to clean and sanitize the suite, bowls & beds for our next drop-off and to not disturb the grooming clients and other boarders by having everyone settled prior.
